This project was a surprise birthday gift for a 90th birthday celebration. My client’s family was planning a special event to celebrate their grandmother’s milestone birthday.
To ensure the surprise, I suggested I call the grandmother and discreetly interview her through informal conversations. Her involvement was crucial, and the project was a success.
